How many more corners?

While Republicans put their collective heads in the sand- the last four months in Iraq have been the deadliest for US troops (from AmericaBlog):

More American troops were killed in combat in Iraq over the past four months - at least 334 through Jan. 31 - than in any comparable stretch since the war began, according to an Associated Press analysis of casualty records.

God forbid we debate the merits of continuing our adventure in Iraq because we don't want to hurt the morale of the soldiers. The worst thing that can happen is for a corpse to have no morale.
